Registration and attendance are free of charge for eligible applicants

​

All eligible students can participate in the HK inter-U Symposium in LIFS under one of the following categories:
(1) Non-Presenting attendees.
(2) Poster presenters - abstract (150-250 words), abstract submission upon registration.
(3) Oral presenters - abstract (150-250 words), abstract submission upon registration. Selected applicants will be notified by April 22, 2022.

Awards:

1,000 HKD for poster award (Total 8 prizes)

2,000 HKD for oral presentation award (Total 3 prizes)

All participants should submit the registration form below.

TIPS FOR REGISTRATION:

- Fill in the registration form, please provide your school email.

- Select your preference whether you would like to participate as a non-presenting attendee or a presenter.

- Those who wish to participate as presenters will have to submit an abstract of 150-250 words as a pdf document.

(Abstract can be the materials which are published or in press, template below for your reference)

                Please name your submitted pdf file as follows:

                University_surname_firstname.pdf

                         Example: HKUST_xxx_xxx.pdf

- The deadline for registration and abstract submission is April 8, 2022 (Friday).

- Selected students for oral presentations will be notified by April 22, 2022.

- Poster must be submitted by June 12, 2022.
